The war-ready Air Force men could rescue only 1000 people in flood-ravaged Uttarakhand in a week, but Modi with his jadoo ki chhadi rescued 15000 Gujaratis in a jiffy. If people detect holes in your script of rescuing 15000 Gujaratis, then blame it on your spin doctors. Bhuj in Modi's Gujarat also was shattered by an earthquake.
